Homeowners may list their property on FSBOInside.com at no upfront cost. By submitting your listing, you agree that if Christensen Properties procures a buyer for your property, you will pay a 3% commission plus applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT) at closing, payable to Christensen Properties, powered by R1 of New Mexico.

Property Address Privacy

For the safety and privacy of our home sellers, property addresses are not displayed publicly on the website. Interested buyers are encouraged to contact Christensen Properties directly to learn more and schedule showings.

Media Usage & Marketing Release
